Home to over 300 years of rail history and more than a million fascinating objects, the National Railway Museum is the world’s greatest railway museum and one of York’s best-loved event destinations.

Our multi-award-winning venue offers a wide range of event spaces: a dedicated conference centre with six meeting rooms; two atmospheric halls housing iconic railway objects; and the beautifully restored railway carriage the Countess of York.
