Audio-visual

The Conference Centre, the Mallard Suite and Duchess of Hamilton 1 all come equipped with a screen, LCD Projector and PA System. We include 42″ plasma screens in the Rocket Room and Duchess of Hamilton 2 and 3.

Roving and lapel microphones are included in the hire of Mallard and Duchess of Hamilton Suite 1, with an additional lectern microphone in Duchess of Hamilton Suite 1 and Mallard Suite.

In Station Hall and Great Hall our audio-visual partners are able to provide LED uplighters, fairy lights, dancefloors, plain or star cloth draping, red or white carpet entrance and staging.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout our venue spaces.

Entertainment and theming

Entertainment options include photo booths, selfie mirrors, fun casinos, live bands, DJs and more. We can also recommend florists and décor companies that provide stunning table centrepieces.

Experiences
