- Events must take place on or before 31st May 2026.
- The offer applies to Venue Hire Fees for Station Hall only.
- The offer applies to new bookings only and cannot be used on existing or previously confirmed reservations.
2. How to Redeem
- Contact the Corporate Events Team to redeem, quoting “2026Discount” in your enquiry.
3. Exclusions
- The offer does not apply to catering packages, or DDR rates.
- The offer does not apply to any of our other venue spaces, exclusive to Station Hall only.
- Cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment must be made by 30th April 2026 to secure the discounted rate.
5. Cancellation & Amendments
- Standard cancellation and amendment policies apply. If a booking is cancelled, the discount will not be reissued.
6. Non-Transferable
- The discount is non-transferable and has no cash value.
7. Right to Withdraw
